REDIX 2-in-1 INSECTO-ACARICIDAL AND DISINFECTING AGENT
REDIX is a highly effective insecto-acaricidal and disinfecting agent with direct contact action against red poultry mite (Dermanyssus gallinae) at all stages of development. It also eliminates other ectoparasites, including flies (Musca domestica) and the lesser mealworm (Alphitobius diaperinus).
The product ensures comprehensive disinfection of livestock facilities by effectively inactivating a wide range of bacterial pathogens (E. coli, Salmonella spp., Staphylococcus aureus), fungal pathogens (Candida spp., Aspergillus spp.), and viral infections (including avian influenza viruses, Newcastle disease, Marek's disease, PRRSV, PCV-2, IBR, etc.).
Composition
CHAS, 1,5-pentanedial, polymeric agent, deltamethrin, auxiliary substances.
Pharmaceutical form
Blue-colored solution
Dosage and method of administration
Before use, clean the premises mechanically: remove organic residues (manure, litter, dust), wash equipment and tools to ensure maximum product effectiveness.
!Do not apply in the presence of animals.
Spraying method:
Thoroughly treat 1–5% Redix working solution on mite accumulation sites: bird nests, structural crevices, litter areas, ventilation openings, equipment parts. Pay special attention to hard-to-reach places.
Use in the form of aqueous solutions at the following concentrations:
1% – 10 ml of the product per 990 ml of water
5% – 50 ml of the product per 950 ml of water
Working solution consumption rate: 1% – 500 ml per m² 5% – 100 ml per m²
For hot fogging aerosol treatment, use 1 ml of concentrate per 1 m³ of room volume. Before use, dilute the concentrate with water 1:1 (1 L product per 1 L water). Pour the prepared solution into a fog generator and treat the space evenly.
Repopulating with poultry or other animals is allowed only after a minimum of 24 hours, complete drying of the working solution, and ventilation of the premises.
Frequency of treatment:
- Preventive: once a month
- In case of high mite infestation: 2–3 treatments at intervals of 5–7 days
Important: Surfaces that come into contact with feed/water must be rinsed
Storage conditions
Store in original packaging at a temperature of +5°C to +25°C in a dry, light-protected place.
Precautions for use
Persons under the age of 18 are not allowed to handle the product. It is prohibited to smoke, drink, or eat while using the product.
Prepare the working solution in a ventilated area with access to water. All work involving solution preparation should be performed with respiratory, skin, and eye protection (use rubber gloves, avoid bringing the face close to the open container).
After completing the work, wash hands and face with soap and water. In case of respiratory irritation, immediately stop using the product, go outdoors or to another area, and ventilate the room. Rinse the mouth and nasopharynx with water and consult a doctor immediately.
If the product comes into contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with running water for 10–15 minutes and seek medical attention.
If the product comes into contact with skin, wash the affected area thoroughly with running water. If swallowed, give the affected person several glasses of water to drink and consult a doctor immediately.
Shelf life
